Rental Item Return Policy
Once rental items have been shipped no refunds will be given. Rental orders may be cancelled up to three weeks before an event date. If we have not shipped your rental items and it is less than 3 weeks before your event date the order can be cancelled but a restocking fee of 10% will be applied No refund is given for rental items were the rental items were received but not used as the rental items were not able to be re-rented out during that time. The customer is responsible for making sure they select the correct rental item, size, color, and quantity. Rentals are to be shipped back within three business days after an event. For each day late, a fee equal to 15% your rentals will be automatically charged. After seven days of being late it will be assumed that the rentals are being kept and a fee of three times your rental order will be automatically charged.
The customer is responsible for notifying Henderson Wedding Rentals of any mistakes with rental orders at least three business days before the event date. This is required so that your order can be corrected in a timely fashion. Failure to do so will result in Henderson Wedding Rentals being unable to correct your order and as a result no refund will be given.
Sashes must be returned untied. Sashes returned tied will be charged a $0.50 per sash labor fee. All charges will be automatically charged.
Purchased Items Return/Exchange Policy
Purchased items may be refunded within 30 days of the orders delivery date. Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Also, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping both ways is non-refundable. Exchanging items can be exchanged without incurring the 20% restocking fee. Again, shipping is non-refundable.
Damaged or Stained Products
Any items returned stained or damaged will have a replacement cost of 150% the cost of the rental price in the order in which is was rented.
