Rental Item Return Policy Once rental items have been shipped no refunds will be given. Rental orders may be cancelled up to three weeks before an event date. If we have not shipped your rental items and it is less than 3 weeks before your event date the order can be cancelled but a restocking fee of 10% will be applied No refund is given for rental items were the rental items were received but not used as the rental items were not able to be re-rented out during that time. Purchased Items Return/Exchange Policy Purchased items may be refunded within 30 days of the orders delivery date. Returned items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Also, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping both ways is non-refundable. Exchanging items can be exchanged without incurring the 20% restocking fee. Again, shipping is non-refundable. |
