So you have some questions and are looking for the answers?  Simply look below to see if your question is answered.  Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions along with our response.

How much is it to ship to my address?

The best way to get your shipping costs is to add the items you want to the shopping cart.  From the shopping cart you are able to enter your zip code and get the exact shipping costs of your items without having to checkout.  Please note that if your shopping cart only contains new products for purchase you are eligible for $6.95 flat rate shipping if your order is under $150 and free shipping if it is over $150.  This does not apply to carts that contain rental or used products.

Can I request a sample of a rental product(s)?

Absolutely.  If you would just like color swatch(es) of the rental in question we will send them for free but if you want the actual rental item normal rental rates apply plus a shipping rate of $6.95 which includes return shipping.  To place an order for samples, simply add the rental items you would like to your shopping cart and select sample shipping during checkout.  Keep in mind that for a few dollars more you can also buy the products by going to the section labelled New Linens for Sale.  As such, we recommend purchasing samples instead of renting them because you can keep them and do not have to bother returning them on time.  If you decide to rent the samples instead you are limited to 9 samples.  For color swatches, either fill out the color swatch request form or if you are getting actual samples add a comment to the order listing the color swatches you would like added.

When will I receive my rentals products?

Rental products are shipped out two weeks before the event date entered at checkout.  We ship them FedEx Ground which then takes 1-5 business days to receive.  As a result, you should receive them a minimum of 3 business days before your event.  If you require them earlier than that please select an expedited shipping method during checkout.

How do I return my rental products and when must I return them?

All rental orders contain return shipping labels within each box.  As a result, you are required to use the provided return labels by sticking them over the current label on the box and dropping the boxes of at your nearest FedEx Shipping Center within three business days after your event.

Will I have to iron any of my rental items?

You should not have to iron any of your rental items.  However, we cannot state that they will not arrive wrinkled as the rental products may have been stored for awhile and are also packed during shipping.  As a result they may arrive wrinkled.  On the flip side, we have had a lot of luck telling our customers to put the rental products in the washer without soap and then drying them on low heat to pull out the wrinkles without having to iron them.  Please keep in mind some of our products cannot be washed or dried in a convention washer/dryer.  All rental products are shipped with a care sheet to inform you of how to take care of them.

Do I have to wash my rental items before returning them?

No.  No, that is as long as they will not be damaged without being washed.  We actually have had more problems with rental products becoming damaged by customers washing them with non-color safe detergents than with the products getting ripped or stained.  As a result, we ask that you do not wash the products unless they will stain without immediately being washed.

What happens if my rental products get damaged or stained while in my care?

If the rental products are returned damaged or stained a replacement fee of 1.5x the rental cost will be charged.  This rate is much less than competitors who normally charge at least 3x the rental cost.
