I was so nervous about renting chair covers and sashes from an online site!! I put it off for weeks! I finally decided to contact the customer service and they were extremely prompt with return emails. They answered all of my questions very thoroughly and they didn't hide a thing! They were VERY detailed about how to take care of and return the rentals. I had no problems and my event looked amazing!!! |

My husband and I were very pleased with the black chair covers and the hot pink polyester bows. They gave our wedding a beautiful touch. Guests at our wedding loved the look and asked where we ordered. The products were an overall success! |

You accomodated for our large reception (380 ppl) very well and helped the whole process go smoothly (even being from out of state). WOW !!! What a celebration we had at the wedding of our son and daughter-in-law !!! The chair covers, sashes and table runners completed the look and style we wanted for this special event. The quality was exceptional and everything arrived in plenty of time. I would like to comment however on the boxes that the rentals came in - they were in bad shape - as we could see the boxes had been used many times and probably need to be tossed. The linens were exposed thru the open handles of a couple of the boxes. I will surely recommend Henderson to others !!!! Thank you so much. We will send photos later !!! |
