Rentals will be delivered at least three business days before your event date (collected during checkout). You are not required to wash your rentals before return unless they will be permanently damaged without being washed. Damaged items will be charged to the customer's account at one and a half times the cost of the rental(s).
Once an order is placed it is the customers responsibility to confirm that the rentals they receive are correct on or before three business days before their event date. Order errors reported after the three business days may not be fixable due to timing constraints and therefore are not refundable.
